the facilitation of restorative justice, conflict resolution and de&i related trainings project represents the mission of the inclusive excellence fellowship by:

the purpose of this work is to center transformative and healing justice through conflict transformation— recognizing the importance and need to uphold equity in these processes— that deals with people at all levels of their process and personal journey.
